Hatha Yoga


Hatha Yoga uses the body as its starting point. Universal Ha (Sun) and Tha (Moon) energy is brought into balance in the body through various activities in order to still the mind. This is achieved through the disciplined practice of asana (posture), pranayama (breath control), kriya (cleansings), mudra (hand gestures) and bandha (locks or seals).
