General instructions for practice

- Keep your face neck and throat relaxed and breathe trough the nose unless instructed otherwise.
- Don’t force your way into a posture, only go to your limit and not beyond.
Making the practice easier

- Keep arms/hands on hips rather than extended away from the body
- Bend your knees slightly in forward bending positions or to reach the floor when standing

- Use kneeling dog instead of down dog
Making the practice harder
