Nṛtta Sādhanā Introduction In the afternoon swaying arrangements are worked when the energy is dominant in the blood. The aim is to move the energy into the nerves. Prerequisite: Ongoing personal practice and 2+ years of preludes, including Karttikeya Mandala (the third Shadow Yoga prelude). |
