Prerequisite: 6 months - 1 year of Intro to Shadow Yoga.
Prelude 2 Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam (Churning of the Shadow Warrior)

1-2 years of Bala Krama Prelude Introduction.
Prelude 3 Karttikeya Mandala (Garland of Light)
The third prelude frees the spine from the imposition of the limbs. It increases the circulation and penetration of breath and life force through circular, spiral and swaying movements.
